• Develop and execute the regulatory and legal strategy to deepen Stedi's relationships with payers. • Lead competitive and enforcement matters, defending and advancing Stedi’s interests. • Build the legal framework for novel data products that operate in complex regulatory areas. • Use legal and regulatory expertise to identify growth opportunities. • Own the full scope of legal for a fast-growing company alongside our Head of Legal. • Partner directly with the CEO and board on strategic decisions.
• 10+ years of relevant experience between law firms and fast-paced in-house roles. • Significant in-house experience, including managing litigations and other disputes, ideally while in a senior legal role at a high-growth company. • Deep healthcare experience is strongly preferred. • A true generalist who can solve problems across domains, not just within a specialty. • Fast. We move quickly and expect legal to keep pace. • Commercial and business-oriented. You think like a business leader who wields legal expertise in furtherance of company strategy. • JD and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
