📋 Description

• Lead implementation and expansion projects for the Okta platform in global corporate environments • Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions • Design and implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions • Design and implement Adaptive Authentication solutions • Design and implement Lifecycle Management solutions • Design and implement Identity Governance solutions • Integrate SaaS applications, on-premises environments, legacy systems and custom applications with Okta • Define authentication, authorization and access governance policies • Design and automate Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes • Develop automations using APIs, PowerShell, Python and Infrastructure as Code tools • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for IAM-related incidents • Support audits, information security initiatives and compliance activities • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, ERP and Development teams • Produce technical documentation, architectural standards and operational procedures • Act as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring team members

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud • Implementation and administration of Single Sign-On (SSO) • Implementation and administration of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) • Implementation and administration of Lifecycle Management • Implementation and administration of Universal Directory • API Access Management • Advanced knowledge of SAML 2.0 • Advanced knowledge of OAuth 2.0 • Advanced knowledge of OpenID Connect • Advanced knowledge of SCIM • Advanced knowledge of LDAP • Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as SAP, Workday, ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) • Identity Governance Administration (IGA) • Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Zero Trust • Development of automations using PowerShell, Python and REST APIs • Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible or similar • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS IAM and Google Cloud IAM • Knowledge of security frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls • Experience in large-scale corporate and multinational environments • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Security or related fields • MBA or postgraduate degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Technology Management, Digital Transformation or Business Administration (plus) • Advanced or fluent English (Required)
