📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of Stellar's MSSP quality submission workflow, including data preparation, formatting, and validation • Track MSSP quality program timelines and deliverables, flagging risks, delays, and data gaps to the Director, Quality Programs • Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, QA checklists, and dashboards for submission status and data integrity • Support internal audits and review cycles before MSSP submission sign-off • Conduct routine data validation and reconciliation to identify discrepancies before payer or regulator submission • Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, gaps, and escalation areas • Translate raw data into organized summaries for the Director's senior-leadership reporting • Build expertise in HEDIS, CMS Stars, and related quality programs • Partner with Product, Operations, and Customer Success on quality-related questions and submission readiness • Document and continuously improve submission processes and quality-check procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of career experience in a healthcare, quality, data, or operations-focused analyst role • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning, and validation • Comfort working with large, messy datasets • Sharp analytical mindset and high attention to detail • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Prior HEDIS and/or CMS Stars exposure is a plus, not required • Familiarity with CPT, CPT II, and diagnosis (Dx/ICD) coding is preferred • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred • SQL or other data-querying experience is preferred • Experience in a fast-paced startup or health-tech environment is preferred • Bachelor's degree is preferred • Authorization to work in the United States is asked in the application form • Sponsorship requirements for work in the United States are asked in the application form
