📋 Description

• Own complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: structure the problem, plan the approach, align stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, make decisions and drive execution through to a result • Break down problems and opportunities across Growth, Marketing and Monetization; identify root causes and bottlenecks, assess business value, economics and trade-offs, and recommend what should be changed, launched, scaled or stopped • Analyse and redesign processes, ownership and the way teams work together; introduce new operating mechanisms and ways of working • Lead individual launches and initiatives related to acquisition, creative production, funnels, monetization and Growth scaling • Build governance, repeatable processes, playbooks, decision-making rules and feedback loops between Growth, Marketing, Monetization and other functions • Work daily with senior stakeholders across Growth, Growth Tech, Creative Production, Product, Analytics, Platform, Payments and Finance, and move initiatives forward without formal authority • Report directly to the Operations Lead as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports at the start

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in Operations, Business Operations, Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management or Transformation • Experience in a large, systemic company or a scale-up environment where you personally built or substantially improved scalable processes, operating models, governance or cross-functional systems • Practical experience with a Growth / Performance Marketing context: paid acquisition, marketing funnels, web2web and/or web2app models, Growth economics, and regular work with Growth, Performance Marketing, Creative Production, Product, Analytics and Monetization teams • Proven track record of running complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, with many stakeholders, dependencies and high operational complexity • Regular work with senior stakeholders and decision-making under high uncertainty and unclear ownership • Complex project and program management, problem structuring and root-cause analysis • Growth and performance marketing business acumen: paid acquisition, funnel economics, CAC/CPA, ROAS/ROI, LTV, payback, conversion rates and the main drivers of profitable growth; understanding of the chain paid acquisition -> creative -> funnel -> conversion -> monetization -> business outcome • Business and financial acumen: unit economics, P&L logic, revenue and cost drivers, contribution margin, ROI and payback, basic business case modelling; understanding of creative testing and scaling logic at business level • Process design and optimisation, risk and dependency management, stakeholder management, KPI and metrics design • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, and executive-level written communication • High ownership and autonomy, structured thinking and strong business judgment, ability to influence without authority, high tolerance for ambiguity, bias for action, direct and pragmatic communication, ability to push back constructively, and reliable follow-through
