📋 Description

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end • Manage and grow large monthly budgets with ROAS / LTV focus • Launch, test, and scale campaign structures and strategies • Work hands-on inside ad accounts • Operate on top of — and help evolve — our UA automation algorithm • Design and execute testing frameworks • Drive creative and funnel experiments with product and creative teams • Identify scalable growth levers • Maintain campaign logic and process documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads • Experience managing significant paid social budgets • Experience with subscription or B2C digital products • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset • Funnel understanding (web2web, web2app, or app) • Experience with automation / rules / scripts — a plus • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • English B1+
