📋 Description

• Own and scale Google Ads campaigns, primarily Demand Gen, alongside Search and PMax • Work closely with the Creative Team to shape creative strategy and test new concepts • Manage campaign strategy, structure, bidding, targeting, and budgets end-to-end • Identify growth opportunities across audiences, placements, and markets • Run experiments, optimize performance, and scale spend while maintaining profitability • Leverage AI and automation to improve campaign efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience • Strong Demand Gen expertise • Proven experience with Search and PMax • Ability to independently execute initiatives and deliver measurable results • Track record of scaling acquisition budgets while maintaining ROI targets • Experience with B2C digital or subscription-based products • Strong analytical skills • Understanding of acquisition funnels (web2web, web2app, app) • Experience building custom automation and AI workflows for campaign optimization and scaling • Ability to independently generate and test ad creatives using AI tools • Experience scaling across multiple geographies and local markets • Knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution, and LTV-based optimization
