• Build and maintain professional relationships • Connect with qualified prospective clients • Conduct discovery conversations • Understand prospects' goals, challenges, and objectives • Present appropriate personal and leadership development solutions • Guide qualified prospects through the sales process • Follow up professionally with interested prospects • Utilize digital communication and marketing platforms • Manage personal schedule, activities, and pipeline • Participate in ongoing training and professional development • Consistently implement provided systems and strategies • Develop relationships with qualified prospects within a high-ticket direct sales model • Represent premium personal and leadership development programs

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced professionals with backgrounds in sales, business development, consultative sales, premium sales, account management, business consulting, coaching and leadership, entrepreneurship, real estate, insurance, recruiting, client relationship management, or corporate leadership • Professional sales or relationship-building experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence communicating with professionals and business owners • A consultative approach to sales • Strong self-discipline and time-management skills • An independent and entrepreneurial mindset • Professionalism and personal integrity • Willingness to learn and implement proven systems • Comfort with Zoom, CRM platforms, digital communication, and online tools • Reliable computer and internet access • Ability to communicate professionally, build trust, identify needs, learn a proven process, and follow through • Must be comfortable with performance-based compensation and self-employment • Must be prepared to dedicate meaningful time and effort to professional goals
