• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via Zendesk, email, phone, and remote sessions • Perform software installation and upgrade as well as replication configuration and tuning • Troubleshoot data replication issues and provide solutions to customers • Develop and maintain technical expertise in our data replication product and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in database administration • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong customer service orientation • 2+ years of experience with big data and data warehouse technologies • Strong understanding of networking concepts
