📋 Description

• Conduct quality reviews of data stored in client files and company production systems • Ensure captured information is error-free and accurate • Review quality reports to identify trends, issues, and root causes • Recommend process changes based on quality findings • Participate in implementing quality processes • Provide operational support to the production team throughout real estate transactions, including pre-closing, in-progress, and post-closing activities • Perform departmental support functions • Complete daily tasks according to established procedures • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience • Ability to review data in client files and company production systems for accuracy • Ability to identify trends, issues, and root causes from quality reports • Ability to follow defined procedures and solve straightforward problems • Basic communication skills for addressing internal or external clients and team members • Ability to work under direct supervision with little autonomy
