📋 Description

• Responsible for the quality review of data stored in client files and/or company production systems, ensuring information captured is error-free and accurate • Reviews quality reports to identify trends, issues and root causes and makes recommendations for change • Participates in implementing quality processes to ensure operations are of the highest quality • Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s preferred • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
