• Strong technical video knowledge required • Responding quickly and decisively to technical playback issues • Proposing short and long-term solutions to identified trends • Working in a high volume, fast-paced, and changing environment
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years experience working with digital video • Thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio • Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry • Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of subscription video content services (preferred) • Experience with intermediate to advanced spreadsheets (preferred) • Multilingual a plus but not required
