âą Win new business through consultative, value-based selling and secure new logo software license agreements. âą Develop opportunities across industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), BFSI, and Life Sciences. âą Lead and contribute to successful RFI and RFP responses. âą Build, develop, and progress a healthy pipeline of opportunities through to closure. âą Position Stibo Systems as the leading provider of multidomain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. âą Partner with solution consultants, customer success teams, and strategic partners to drive successful sales outcomes.
âą 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, solution sales, business development, or account management. âą Proven success selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions. âą Experience selling into industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Distribution, or Life Sciences is preferred. âą Experience working with and driving sales through partner ecosystems. âą Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-level stakeholders. âą Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. âą A customer-first mindset focused on delivering business value. âą A proactive, resilient, and self-driven approach to achieving results. âą Experience with Salesforce, Clari, or similar sales technologies.
