📋 Description

• Coordinate and perform new dealer set-ups with the Retail Support Manager • Install SCS, assemble products, merchandise displays, and set up static/motion POP • Train new dealer staff on STIHL basics, assembly, product nomenclature, PDI, and selling • Develop existing dealer businesses through re-merchandising, SCS expansion projects, sales training, and STIHL Champion development • Visit Construction Type National Accounts and build boots-on-the-ground relationships • Provide in-store sales and product training at National Accounts • Install SCS components and merchandise STIHL products in showrooms • Attend and support regional trade shows, STIHL training events, and dealer events • Maintain CRM updates, monthly field reports, store training and development input, National Account visit records, and merchandising success stories/key learnings • Attend sales meetings, dealer training meetings, and required meetings and training • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred • Previous sales or retail experience preferred • Previous merchandising experience preferred • 1-3 years of related work experience preferred • Travel may be up to 75% • Must be a self-starter and able to perform well with minimal supervision • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to champion and utilize other company-designated software (OneCRM, SAP) as needed • Effective time management and strong organizational skills • STIHL product familiarity is required • Live in or around Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, or Boise, ID, or be open to relocation
