📋 Description

• Build mobile-responsive HTML emails, HTML blocks, and Content Blocks from scratch using HTML and CSS • Build In App Messages from templates • Configure basic Liquid personalization and Catalog use cases • Set up and configure basic Canvas and Campaign workflows • Execute QA processes across email clients and troubleshoot rendering issues including dark mode, Outlook, mobile, font fallbacks, and image blocking • Document QA outcomes and retest issues after resolution • Work with Litmus, Braze segments, link management, Inbox Vision, templates, and global footer configuration • Create solution documentation, technical requirements documents, and QA documentation • Participate in client discovery sessions, ask clarifying questions, and document requirements • Manage time to meet billable targets of 36+ hours per week • Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements • Collaborate with Solution Architects on data and segmentation and Project Managers on timeline and scope

🎯 Requirements

• Strong HTML + CSS for mobile-responsive email development—build from scratch, not just modify templates • Email rendering troubleshooting experience: dark mode, Outlook, mobile, font fallbacks, image blocking • Comfort working in code editors (VS Code, Cursor, or similar) and using browser developer tools • Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset—you test your own work before handing it off • Communicate clearly and professionally; adapt tone to the audience • Build trust through reliability and execution • Ask clarifying questions before building and connect tasks to broader project goals • Flag issues early and work through problems using established approaches • Take ownership without needing follow-up • Seek feedback from Senior Technical Producers and share learnings with the team • 2–5 years of marketing technology consulting experience or applicable experience in email marketing or campaign development • Experience with Braze, specifically adept in email creation using Braze’s Drag and Drop Editor, a plus • Passion for AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Trae, and Aider • Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy preferred • Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship
