📋 Description

• Own financial planning and forecasting for Women’s Plus Bottoms across Fix and Freestyle • Maintain accurate sales, inventory, receipt, and gross margin goals • Analyze sales, inventory, product performance, and profitability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions • Manage the rolling operating financial forecast (OTB/ROF) with Buying • Analyze receipt flow and inventory to balance business opportunities, inventory liability, and client experience • Build scenario analyses and business recaps for weekly, monthly, and quarterly decision-making • Recommend actions and next steps based on changing forecasts and business needs • Partner with Buying, Allocation, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science • Use Excel, planning systems, and AI-enabled solutions to improve planning processes, analysis, efficiency, and business outcomes • Report to a Planning Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • 2–4 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, buying, merchandising, e-commerce, retail analytics, or a related analytical function • Foundational understanding of retail math, merchandise financial planning, inventory management, and profitability KPIs • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing multiple priorities and changing business needs • Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer or other office equipment, and communicate effectively • Applicants should apply via the internal or external careers site
