📋 Description

• Provide expert style guidance through messaging, chat, video, and the in-house styling platform • Respond to client requests and create personalized looks that build confidence and trust • Create styled assortments and unique Fixes using client profiles, preferences, purchases, goals, and inventory • Build meaningful client relationships through personalized interactions and a public-facing Stylist profile • Deliver performance, productivity, and client satisfaction goals • Identify opportunities to strengthen client retention and Stylist-client connections • Share insights with the broader team • Participate in training and regular check-ins • Stay current on company updates and fashion trends • Use digital tools and AI-enabled features to understand preferences, make recommendations, communicate with clients, and work efficiently remotely

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of client-facing styling or apparel experience • Enthusiasm for fashion and demonstrated ability to create positive customer experiences • Success meeting or exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Excellent written communication and ability to build virtual client rapport and trust • Experience and confidence styling across body types, gender identities, lifestyles, preferences, and occasions • Ability to rapidly adopt new tools, technologies, and processes • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Docs, Gmail, Slack, and Zoom, or ability to learn new systems • Reliable computer with Chrome browser • High-speed cable or fiber internet with minimum 10 Mbps speed • Strong time-management skills, punctual attendance, accurate timekeeping, and productive work habits • Ability to consistently work 10–20 hours weekly with scheduling flexibility • Commitment to seeking feedback and continuously improving • Ability and willingness to maintain a public-facing Stylist profile featuring a photo • Ability to sit for extended periods, use computer or office equipment, and communicate effectively • Eligible residence excludes Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and all Non-State U.S. Territories
