📋 Description

• Expand and support Impact Valuation Group’s appraiser network • Accept residential appraisal orders according to personal schedule and workload • Complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally • Determine appraisal value, scope, and conclusions independently • Complete field inspections using required transportation and tools • Maintain quality standards and reasonable turn times • Communicate and respond reliably throughout the appraisal process • Interact professionally with homeowners, agents, and lender partners • Complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed) • Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements • USPAP-compliant appraisal practice • Strong attention to quality and detail • Ability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally • Reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process • Familiarity with common appraisal software and forms, including UAD-compliant reports • Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards • Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners • Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections • Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements
