📋 Description

• Assess organizational cybersecurity readiness against CMMC 2.0 Levels 1–3 • Provide guidance for achieving and maintaining CMMC certifications across Levels 1–4 • Develop CMMC compliance roadmaps, controls, and policies • Guide implementation of NIST SP 800-171 and NIST SP 800-172 requirements • Address Federal Contract Information and Controlled Unclassified Information security • Assist prime contractors with subcontractor CMMC compliance and supply-chain oversight • Establish continuous monitoring and compliance processes • Guide rapid security-incident reporting within 72 hours and annual compliance affirmations • Conduct CMMC requirements and cybersecurity-controls training for internal teams and contractors

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of cybersecurity consulting experience specializing in DoD contracts, compliance frameworks, and CMMC implementation • Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) • Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) • Certified DoD CMMC assessor • Expertise in establishing an authorized CMMC Third Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) • Proficiency with CMMC 2.0 requirements and the DoD CMMC final rule • Experience with the Defense Industrial Base and Controlled Unclassified Information • Experience developing Plans of Action and Milestones for cybersecurity compliance • Familiarity with DFARS Clause 252.204-7021 and August 2024 CMMC 2.0 updates • Strong understanding of DFARS and FISMA • Proficiency with eMASS and ACAS • Extensive knowledge of NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-172 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Active or recently active DoD security clearance preferred but not required • U.S. citizenship required • Must be clearable
