📋 Description

• Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements and workflows from stakeholders • Participate in meetings with business and technical teams to elicit and understand business/process requirements • Support project managers and business analysts with project planning, testing, and implementation activities • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned work • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with project management, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes • Understanding of business process improvement concepts • Previous internship, student employment, or project experience
