📋 Description

• Field inbound leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls • Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage • Provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email • Guide customers through the online portal to book their moves • Promote additional services and service upgrades • Generate referrals • Serve as a consultative guide for customers seeking student move-in, move-out, storage, and shipping solutions • Link customers with their understanding and adoption of Storage Scholars services

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional communication with strong sales aptitude • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads • Strong phone presence • High emotional intelligence to understand fellow team members and clients alike • Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly • Preferred: 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, such as retail, hospitality, or customer service • Must live in and work from Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming • Ability to work 15–25 hours per week on average, up to 40 hours per week during March–May • Ability to work a flexible schedule on evenings and weekends as necessary during peak season (March–September)
