📋 Description

• Design, construct, and own enterprise compliance programs across OSHA, EPA, GMP, GDP, DOT, and applicable state and local regulatory frameworks • Monitor regulatory rulemaking, agency guidance, and enforcement trends and translate changes into program updates • Architect the enterprise internal compliance audit and inspection-readiness framework • Own compliance documentation infrastructure, including written programs, SOPs, training requirements, certifications, and regulatory correspondence • Manage GMP, GDP, CTPAT, TAPA, and other customer and industry certification programs • Serve as the primary program-level compliance contact for OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies • Build enterprise compliance reporting, metrics, data architecture, dashboards, and performance cadences • Define enterprise compliance training requirements, content, governance, and completion monitoring • Maintain OSHA written programs, recordkeeping protocols, self-assessment tools, and inspection-response processes • Build EPA compliance frameworks, environmental calendars, SPCC plans, stormwater programs, and incident escalation processes • Develop Hazmat classification, handling, storage, labeling, SDS, spill-response, screening, and DOT compliance systems • Conduct or coordinate network compliance audits, produce findings and corrective action plans, and verify effectiveness • Prepare sites for regulatory inspections and customer audits, including readiness checklists and pre-audit walkthroughs • Maintain audit, inspection, corrective-action, policy, metrics, and reporting archives • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Transportation, and Technology on compliance requirements and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, EHS program management, or a related discipline in a warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics environment • Demonstrated expertise across OSHA, EPA, and GMP/GDP, with hands-on program ownership experience in each • Experience managing compliance programs across a multi-site network, including audit program design and regulatory agency interaction • Track record of translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable operational programs • Deep working knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards, recordkeeping requirements, and enforcement processes • Strong familiarity with EPA compliance obligations applicable to warehouse and fulfillment operations, including Tier II, SPCC, and RCRA • Working knowledge of GMP and GDP standards as they apply to regulated fulfillment, distribution, and third-party logistics • Experience with DOT Hazmat regulations (49 CFR) • Proficiency with compliance management systems, audit platforms, document control tools, and regulatory tracking resources • OSHA 500 or OSHA 30-hour General Industry required • CSP, ASP, CHMM, REHS, REM, GMP/GDP auditor certification, or equivalent credentials preferred or a plus • Ability to build scalable compliance infrastructure across multiple sites • Strong written communication skills
