• Execute and continuously improve Stord's HSS program across a defined region of fulfillment and warehouse facilities • Translate enterprise standards into consistent regional execution across facilities • Own regional safety, compliance, and loss prevention performance metrics and trend improvement • Hire, onboard, develop, and direct site-level safety and loss prevention professionals • Own regional loss prevention strategy, shrink reduction, investigations, security controls, and carrier/vendor accountability • Manage regional OSHA, state, local, Hazmat, and internal compliance requirements • Serve as regional decision-maker and point of contact for incidents, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and inspections • Conduct or oversee facility safety audits, gap assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions • Deploy enterprise safety standards and embed safety into daily operational routines • Analyze loss trends and drive root-cause resolution through operational and procedural improvements • Manage CCTV, access control, and physical security standards across regional sites • Own regional safety and loss prevention KPIs and deliver performance reporting to the Head of HSS and regional operations leadership • Lead HSS readiness for new site launches, automation and equipment commissioning, peak readiness, and network growth
• 7+ years of experience in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance • 3+ years of direct people management experience • Multi-site experience in 3PL, eCommerce fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environments • Demonstrated experience in loss prevention investigation, shrink management, or asset protection in high-volume logistics or retail • Working knowledge of OSHA standards, state-specific safety regulations, and compliance program management • Hands-on experience managing CCTV, access control, and inventory protection protocols • Familiarity with incident investigation methodologies and corrective action systems • Comfort with Hazmat regulations and controlled substance handling requirements in warehouse or fulfillment contexts • Experience using safety and loss prevention data to drive operational decisions • Ability to be based in Dallas, TX and travel 40–50% • ASP, CSP, or equivalent safety certification preferred or in active pursuit • Wicklander-Zulawski, Reid Technique, or equivalent interviewing certification preferred • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement background a plus • Familiarity with CTPAT, TAPA, or SOC-related security requirements a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable plans • Ability to manage competing priorities and escalate appropriately • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
