📋 Description

• Define and deliver the egocentric video data product across quality tiers, from RGB video to depth-enhanced and multimodal capture with hand pose and annotations • Decide product priorities based on buyer demand and maintain dataset quality standards • Stand up and run warehouse capture operations, including camera and rig hardware selection, enrollment, edge processing, and dataset delivery pipelines • Coordinate with warehouse operations, engineering, and customers to ship datasets on specification and schedule • Build perception systems for detection, tracking, segmentation, depth/3D reconstruction, 6DoF, and multi-view 3D hand/body pose estimation • Implement VLM-assisted and automated labeling with human-in-the-loop quality assurance and integrate annotation tooling • Own camera calibration, epipolar/multi-view geometry, frame-accurate synchronization, and triangulation for multi-camera and egocentric rigs • Design, fine-tune, optimize, and ship computer-vision and multimodal models on large unstructured video datasets • Make models reproducible and production-ready

🎯 Requirements

• Experience standing up and scaling an egocentric perception stack at a robotics or AI data company • Experience building and running a similar product end to end • 8+ years building and shipping production computer-vision/perception systems, or an MS/PhD in CV, ML, or robotics plus 6+ years hands-on experience • Deep computer vision and tooling expertise, including designing, training, and debugging CNNs and vision transformers from scratch • Strong command of camera calibration, depth estimation, and 2D/3D pose estimation • End-to-end ownership of perception problems from data and model design through evaluation, optimization, and deployment • Track record of setting technical direction for a team or large workstream • Ability to drive ambiguous 0→1 problems to working systems with limited resources • Experience with large unstructured video/multimodal datasets and accuracy evaluation instrumentation • Expert Python and strong software-engineering fundamentals • C++ experience where performance demands it • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
