📋 Description

• Draft, redline, negotiate, and own SaaS enterprise sales contracts, including MSAs, GTC/ToS, NDAs, DPAs, and other legal agreements • Advise on data privacy, intellectual property, information security, and corporate risk mitigation • Review and negotiate partnership agreements with AMER partners • Review and negotiate procurement and marketing contracts globally as needed • Support HR-related projects and U.S. employment and labor law matters • Draft, review, and maintain company-wide policies • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on emerging risks and required adaptations • Provide legal advice on new product initiatives and feature launches • Provide legal training to different teams • Own cross-functional legal projects across multiple regions • Lead legal operational, compliance, and process improvement initiatives • Improve legal processes, templates, and governance frameworks • Build and maintain legal team documentation • Support administrative and project-based legal work • Provide accurate and concise legal research • Participate in the annual legal review and legal improvement process • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners, Product, People, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams • Support legal initiatives in EMEA and APAC and assist legal leadership with strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Law Degree and Bar Admission to at least one jurisdiction in the U.S. • 3+ years of experience primarily drafting, redlining, and negotiating sales contracts • SaaS or fast-paced technology experience providing in-house support to enterprise sales teams strongly preferred • Prior negotiation experience with complex corporate agreements • Strong understanding of commercial contracting, with deep expertise in sales contracts and legal processes • Broad and in-depth specialized knowledge of the AMER legal framework • Some knowledge of EMEA and APAC legal topics preferred • Excellent English language skills • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills • Ability to manage a high volume of contracts under tight deadlines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with Sales, Finance, HR, and Product stakeholders • Ability to provide concise legal advice to business teams • Ability to analyze different parties’ needs quickly and provide creative solutions • Ability to work independently and own matters end-to-end within a broader legal team structure • Understanding of complex legal and business processes • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools while applying sound judgment and critical thinking • Proactive, resourceful, solution-oriented, accountable, and professional approach
