• Drive the account forward daily and manage project progress • Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams • Ensure quality in client deliverables and manage client expectations • Handle incidents and escalations calmly and effectively
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years managing enterprise client relationships • Ability to work proactively and independently • Critical thinking about client needs and requests • Familiarity with basketball and sports industry
