📋 Description

• Perform outbound calls, including surveys and courtesy calls, to ensure client satisfaction • Establish friendly connections quickly over the phone • Speak with customers in a polite and courteous manner • Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Available for day or night shifts, Monday–Friday, every other weekend, with weekend availability • Ability to handle difficult customers professionally • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent reading skills • Pleasant phone voice • Functional computer skills • Telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience is a plus • Must currently have a PC with Microsoft Windows 10 or newer; no Chromebooks or Apple devices • Must currently have a headset with microphone and mute capability • High-speed internet with at least 3 Mbps • Must have a quiet workspace
