📋 Description

• Support OACS Academic Associates, Sr. Associates, Specialists in workflows • Intake and manage academic policy violation and appeal cases • Conduct communications and evaluation/assessment • Assist in cross-functional work and documentation projects • Schedule rooms and meetings, coordinate projects and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in academic administration, advising or transferable experience • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required • Microsoft Suite proficiency • Zoom proficiency • Basic Data entry • FERPA or privacy training • Experience with or ability to work with adult students • Able to work independently • Able to prioritize work • Able to remain flexible and shift focus as needed • Able to function in an online education environment with little to no face-to-face interaction with students • Comfortable working with a diverse student population
