📋 Description

• Teach Radiologic Technology courses online • Provide educational services to the School of Nursing and Health Professions • Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders • Ensure quality educational experiences consistent with course outcomes and accreditation standards • Support accreditation and compliance with regulatory requirements • Implement competency-based education models and recognize learner differences in teaching materials • Encourage learner engagement and provide personalized support • Assess and document learner progress and conduct timely, relevant learner interactions • Maintain adequate student records • Participate in faculty committees, school governance, professional associations, and advocacy for the profession • Mentor and guide students through academic and clinical training • Engage in outside scholarly activities or practice in the discipline • Perform assignments and related support services based on school needs and faculty capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Radiologic Technology experience required • Hold academic and/or professional credentials appropriate to the subject content area taught • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required from a regionally accredited institution • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration • Current/active unencumbered RT(R)(ARRT) license required • Knowledge of course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective courses, including clinical experience simulations/application/explanations • Familiarity with online teaching methods, preferred • Clinical and/or online teaching experience, preferred • Experience designing and continuously improving Radiologic Technology courses, preferred • Experience managing others, preferred • Scholarly writing and APA or MLA proficiency • Ability to work online and access a computer, private workspace, reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship unavailable • Must be able to travel occasionally if business needs arise • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
