📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of active requisitions, primarily focused on technical and leadership hiring. • Lead and develop a small Talent Acquisition function consisting of one full-time recruiter supported by recruiting contractors. • Build trusted partnerships with executives and hiring managers, advising on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability. • Design and improve recruiting processes that increase speed, quality, and candidate experience. • Create consistency across interview practices, hiring decisions, and recruiter operations. • Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles. • Use recruiting data to identify opportunities, forecast hiring needs, and provide meaningful updates to leadership. • Partner closely with the Chief People Officer on workforce planning and organizational growth. • Influence employer branding and candidate experience initiatives. • Continuously evaluate recruiting technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 2 years leading recruiting teams. • Experience recruiting across technical and corporate functions within high-growth technology companies. • A leader who is equally comfortable building recruiting strategy and personally closing key hires. • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Experience coaching recruiters and managing external recruiting partners. • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve performance. • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building scalable processes from the ground up. • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
