• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities • Generate business through direct prospecting, existing relationships, referrals, strategic partnerships, industry events, and other channels • Sell integrated security, risk management, technology, and event solutions across the Stratoscope Holdings portfolio • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior leaders and translate client needs into tailored solutions • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across target markets • Own opportunities from prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and operational handoff • Create proposals, presentations, statements of work, pricing materials, and executive-level communications • Expand client relationships into recurring or multi-service partnerships • Develop strategic referral and channel partnerships • Collaborate with executive leadership and operational subject matter experts across Stratoscope entities • Represent Stratoscope at client meetings, conferences, and industry events • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, forecasts, activity metrics, conversion metrics, opportunity status, and risk visibility
• 8+ years of progressive B2B sales, business development, or commercial experience • Demonstrated success in a senior individual-contributor or sales leadership capacity • Documented track record of personally originating and closing complex, high-value business • Experience managing sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, customized solutions, and executive-level decision-makers • Ability to build pipeline through strategic prospecting, relationship development, referrals, partnerships, and industry engagement • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate complex capabilities into client solutions • Experience selling multiple services, solutions, or capabilities and expanding relationships beyond an initial engagement • Commercial judgment covering pricing, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and profitable growth • Executive presence and credibility with senior client stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales accountability • High ownership, initiative, judgment, discretion, and follow-through • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience • Preferred: experience in security, risk management, event services, sports and entertainment, venue operations, security technology, executive protection, or adjacent industries • Preferred: existing relationships with relevant senior decision-makers • Preferred: professional services sales alongside technology or operational solutions • Preferred: large enterprise account development across multiple products or service lines • Preferred: familiarity with security disciplines • Preferred: active involvement with relevant professional or industry organizations
