📋 Description

• Lead DYOPATH’s Cybersecurity Operations & Platform Delivery organization. • Shape cybersecurity strategy and technology direction for DYOPATH and its clients. • Guide incident response strategy and capabilities. • Advise executives and business leaders on cybersecurity risk. • Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies. • Partner with sales on strategic opportunities and support client conversations. • Evolve the DYOGUARD service portfolio and future cybersecurity offerings. • Build roadmaps and secure stakeholder buy-in. • Lead through ambiguity and drive accountability. • Influence technical teams, operational leaders, sales, account management, and executives. • Improve cybersecurity operations, platform strategy, vendor partnerships, service evolution, and client trust. • Develop teams, improve operations, and lead cybersecurity growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an MSP, MSSP, consulting, or services-based environment. • Understanding of incident response. • Ability to balance risk, revenue, customer experience, and operational realities. • Ability to communicate complex security topics in plain English. • Experience leading teams, programs, technologies, initiatives, or transformations. • Ability to assess unfamiliar situations and identify what is and is not working. • Ability to build roadmaps and gain stakeholder buy-in. • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive accountability. • Ability to influence without relying on formal authority. • Ability to solve complex problems. • Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support for security incidents or escalations. • Willingness to travel periodically based on client and business needs.
