📋 Description

• Lead, influence, and execute OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and/or mission-critical industry environments • Research, analyze, and report on cyber threats targeting OT across industries • Analyze threat actors targeting OT, including tactics, techniques, procedures, geopolitical motivations, national security consequences, and emerging-technology impacts • Collaborate with Industry Intelligence and Analysis teams to produce operational and strategic cyber intelligence products focused on OT • Provide OT-focused briefings to senior internal and external audiences as requested by leadership • Analyze clients’ security postures, anticipate security requirements, and identify right-sized solutions based on leading practices • Support OT security transformation, governance, networks, systems, devices, and sensor/tool deployment engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience • Associate’s degree alternative with minimum 6 years of work experience • Minimum 10 years of experience analyzing, producing, and briefing operational and/or strategic cybersecurity threat intelligence products • Minimum 5 years of experience working with OT networks, systems, assets, devices, and security solutions • Minimum 3 years of experience working with industrial organizations on cybersecurity solutions • Experience with intelligence analysis and reporting using cyber intelligence models and frameworks • Experience with OT security sensor/tool deployment • Knowledge of OT networks, systems, devices, convergence, integration, digitalization, and OT attack surfaces • Experience developing OT security programs and governance • Preferred: minimum 5 years providing consulting services to clients in Oil and Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Healthcare • Preferred: minimum 3 years assessing DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, or NERC CIP • Preferred: minimum 3 years with security analysis techniques, indicators of compromise, threat hunting, intrusions, and potential incidents • Preferred: minimum 2 years deploying or supporting OT security sensors in operational environments • Preferred: minimum 2 years in IT or OT networking infrastructure • Preferred: minimum 2 years working in SOCs with OT NSMs, SIEMs, and endpoint security tools for operational environments • Travel may be required, varying from 0% to 100% based on business need and client requirements • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
