• Support instructional faculty by interacting with students in online classrooms • Analyze student activity within discussions and assessments • Manage student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor • Assist with grading and providing feedback • Monitor students’ engagement levels and provide recommendations • Provide tutoring, live sessions, or other student support as directed • Assist the lead instructor with developing supplemental support documents
• Professional experience in the field of study is preferred • Previous teaching experience is preferred • Online teaching experience is preferred • Masters in a Computer Science concentration is required (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems) • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications are required (equivalent TestOut certifications will be accepted)
