📋 Description

• Support creative strategy by developing multi-channel creative and copy aligned with client brand strategies • Write compelling, error-free content aligned with client expectations and strategies • Develop on-brand copy for direct mail, shoot-based scripts, radio scripts, live reads, USPs/taglines, landing pages, branded marketing, and social media • Participate in creative brainstorming and develop shoot concepts • Choose or create quarterly concepts for clients • Obtain voiceovers from ElevenLabs as required • Research industry trends, terminology, and competitive landscapes • Deliver projects on time and in line with client brands and expectations • Coordinate props with the production team • Coordinate with team members, account managers, editors, and client services to meet flight dates • Submit scripts to pre-production on time when applicable • Maintain up-to-date project statuses and document work and proofs in the project management system • Cover Senior Copywriter responsibilities during absences, including proofreading and managing the out-of-office list • Follow Creative Leadership Team processes and procedures • Communicate clearly and adhere to Stream’s 1-hour response policy • Take direction and feedback from management • Attend monthly creative department meetings and weekly town halls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Newspaper, or related field • 2+ years of experience in copywriting at an advertising agency, media company or high-profile brand • Experience in automotive a plus • Up to date on the latest marketing trends • Professional, dependable, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, self-motivated • Visual thinker who understands scanability and information hierarchy • Knowledge of current client and manufacturer campaigns • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality • Proactive and professional problem-solving approach • Ability to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks simultaneously • High level of initiative and follow-through • Experience taking ideas from concept to implementation • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams, creative teams, and clients • Proven strength contributing to the creative process and providing strategic solutions • Ability to create innovative concepts within a regulated automotive industry • Understanding of automotive compliance guidelines and regulations • Proficiency with project management systems • Ability to adhere to Stream’s 1-hour response policy
