âą Lead, manage, and develop all Regional and District Managers, and through them, Property Managers and park teams portfolio-wide âą Build a high-performing operations team through hiring, mentoring, and succession planning âą Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with company growth objectives âą Own portfolio-wide KPIs including revenue, occupancy, NOI, and guest satisfaction âą Maintain visibility into district- and park-level performance to identify systemic issues and course-correct âą Own budget performance and ensure efficient resource use and achievement of financial targets âą Review financial performance and ensure accurate reporting and rent/revenue collection portfolio-wide âą Identify and implement best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiencies âą Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company standards âą Enforce brand standards across the portfolio âą Align park-level execution with marketing, finance, CapEx/facilities, HR, and IT âą Establish operating rhythms with Regional and District Managers through check-ins, reporting cadences, and review cycles âą Drive company-wide initiatives to successful implementation at the park level âą Ensure guest needs are consistently met and exceeded; analyze feedback to drive service improvement âą Provide senior leadership with regular updates on portfolio performance, risks, and initiatives âą Communicate company goals and standards through management levels to park teams
