📋 Description
• Supports student retention by providing non-instructional intervention and support to students in grades 6-12 • Works with students and parents to identify online learning strengths and areas for improvement • Provides excellent customer service and ensures student improvement through intervention strategies • Monitors, tracks, and addresses the needs of students regarding online learning success factors • Builds and maintains relationships with students and parents
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree • Bilingual Spanish+ English • 2 or more years customer service experience • Experience working with children or youth • Demonstrated proficiency in using online tools and applications • Professional verbal and writing skills • Comfortable with online and telephone communication with customers • Background in Education preferred
