📋 Description

• Partner with teachers and campus leadership to cultivate high-impact instructional practices that increase student learning and achievement • Facilitate PLCs focused on TEKS alignment, lesson internalization, differentiation, and rigorous instructional design • Provide individual and small group coaching cycles, goal check-ins, feedback, and reflective dialogue • Collaborate with campus leadership to align coaching focus areas with instructional priorities • Analyze data and determine coaching targets • Support lesson planning, TEKS alignment, learning targets, assessment alignment, and differentiated instruction • Support lesson internalization, including unpacking standards, anticipating misconceptions, and identifying exemplar responses • Facilitate structured lesson internalization opportunities • Share strategies, tools, and brief professional learning sessions • Guide teams in developing aligned lesson plans incorporating DOK questioning and standards-based instructional strategies • Support analysis of student work and formative data to inform instructional adjustments • Develop and curate instructional resources aligned to curriculum maps and district expectations • Provide targeted instructional support for teachers new to virtual instruction • Support virtual lesson delivery, student engagement, and digital classroom management • Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with the State Compensatory Education program • Travel for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or as required by the school

🎯 Requirements

• Active Special Education State Teaching License • Residency in Texas; residents of surrounding states (New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas or Louisiana) may be considered • Bachelor’s degree • Three (3) years of relevant experience • Proficiency with Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel; web-based tools, and data systems • Flexible schedule • Ability to travel up to 5% • Ability to clear required background check • Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year
