📋 Description

• Coach and support the engineers on your team • Partner closely with product, design, and other technology leaders • Attract and retain strong engineering talent • Build a team people want to be part of • Collaborate with other engineering groups on integrations, best practices, and new technologies • Lead tier-3 engineering support for your domain • Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Five plus (5+) years of experience leading engineering teams • Clear, consistent approach to feedback • Ability to attract, grow, and retain engineering talent • Strong written and verbal communication • Experience managing teams delivering production software across the full product lifecycle • Understanding of application architecture, integration design, deployment, and testing • Ability to clear a background check
