📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Canvas features, enhancements, and workflows across K–12 environments • Guide and collaborate on implementation of PowerSchool features, enhancements, and workflows across K–12 environments • Partner with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to optimize user experience • Evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party tools and content providers within Canvas • Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify pain points and prioritize solutions • Own the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering on delivery • Collaborate with support teams to monitor performance, track issues, and resolve bugs or integration challenges • Develop metrics and dashboards measuring adoption, user satisfaction, and learning impact • Create training materials, release notes, and demos to support rollout and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 4–8 years of experience in product management or LMS administration • Canvas and PowerSchool experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of LMS integrations and standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI) • Experience working directly with educators, administrators, and instructional designers • Ability to translate user needs into technical requirements • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail • Passion for improving digital learning environments and creating intuitive, student-centered experiences
