📋 Description

• Drive the work of the Agile team with UX and Engineering counterparts to produce high-quality, reliable, high-impact product iterations and releases • Define product features, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria • Leverage AI tools and coding with AI to create prototypes, examples, and other artifacts • Use data analytics and qualitative customer understanding to validate feature adoption and impact • Collaborate with senior Product team members to prioritize the backlog and sequence releases • Participate in Agile ceremonies including grooming, planning, execution, and improvement • Document product releases for internal and external stakeholders with the Go-to-Market team • Provide team updates and training for major releases • Release features to alpha/beta groups for refinement, feedback, and hardening • Contribute AI-use skills, artifacts, and best practices to the team • Work on defined problems and features in the Transaction & Compliance Management product • Partner with adjacent platform teams to improve automation, efficiency, and ease of use • Develop customer understanding and use data to validate solution impact

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment • Comfort with distilling ambiguity into an actionable path to execute and learn • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor communication style, format, and depth based on your audience • Aptitude working with technology and collaborating with others who have varying degrees of technical skills • Extreme comfort using AI tools and skills to accelerate your work and expand the breadth of your impact • Ability to organize and leverage data for evaluation and decision making • Growth Mindset: embrace challenges, persist through setbacks, focus on fearless learning, thrive on effort • Experience working directly with customers and with interdisciplinary cross-functional teams • Ownership mentality with strong execution capability and a track record of achieving measurable results • High empathy, curiosity, self-awareness, and transparency in both wins and misses • Strong work ethic with a willingness to dive deep into the details • Bonus: experience with data analytics - SQL, advanced spreadsheet functions, business analytics tools • B.A., B.S. or equivalent • Background and DRE license check required • Must use E-Verify employment verification program
