📋 Description

• Define and deliver product initiatives advancing patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth • Own the product-area roadmap • Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders • Drive discovery, prioritization, and end-to-end execution within the product domain • Collaborate with senior product leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes • Own delivery of product features from requirements and design through launch and iteration • Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into product requirements and specifications • Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners including Clinical, Compliance, and Finance • Support customer research, data analysis, and product validation • Monitor KPIs, adoption, and usability metrics and iterate based on insights • May own OKR/QBR reporting • Triage roadmap features, bugs, and requests and connect engineering work to the end-user experience • Understand product-area technologies, articulate technical requirements, and flag design risks • Identify regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy and escalate compliance considerations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-adjacent role • Experience shipping product features in partnership with Engineering teams in agile environments • Strong analytical skills, with experience using product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) to inform decisions • Clear, concise communication skills; able to write effective specs and drive feature discussions • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, or common product and collaboration tools • Preferred: 3–6 years of product experience, including features delivered end-to-end • Preferred: Experience in regulated or complex domains such as healthcare, pharmacy, or fintech • Preferred: Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities • Preferred: Ability to identify technical risks and articulate technical requirements for features and APIs • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, make repetitive computer-operating motions, and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details
