📋 Description
• Maintain caseload of students/families referred for additional support • Provide assessments to develop action plans • Facilitate family intervention meetings • Serve as point-of-contact for teachers and administration for families in crisis • Coordinate with external agencies for additional support
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field • 0-1 year of related professional experience • Colorado Social Worker Certificate OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker • Ability to clear required background check • Microsoft Office proficiency
