📋 Description

• Maintains caseload of students/families referred for additional support • Provides brief assessments to develop an action plan with students and families • Facilitates family intervention meetings with families in crisis or with multi-dimensional needs • Serves as point-of-contact for teachers and administration for families in crisis • Serves as liaison for ESSA subgroups, McKinney-Vento, and migrant students • Follows up with families by phone or in-person, coordinates with external agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 0-1 year of related professional experience • Required Certificates and Licenses: Oklahoma Social Worker Certificate OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker • Must reside in Oklahoma • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Three (3) years of field experience
