📋 Description
• Serve as the district’s lead PowerSchool administrator, managing configuration, user accounts, security permissions, and system updates • Troubleshoot PowerSchool issues and customize PowerSchool settings, reports, and data fields to meet district needs • Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all student information within PowerSchool • Prepare and submit required state and federal data collections • Provide ongoing training and support for school staff, including counselors, teachers, and administrators • Analyze district workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with PowerSchool (administration, data management, or reporting) • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education, Data Management, or a related field • Strong understanding of student data systems, data privacy laws, and reporting requirements • Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and report creation • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and the ability to train non-technical users.
