📋 Description
• Increase student and Learning Coach engagement to drive academic growth • Provide consistent proactive support to students • Support students and Learning Coaches during the Onboarding experience • Serve as the primary contact between students, Learning Coaches, teachers, and administration • Pursue continuous education and training for efficacy with dynamic student needs
🎯 Requirements
• Two (2) years of college • Two (2) years of experience in education • Ability to pass required background check • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with the online learning experience • Ability to learn new technology tools quickly • Ability to travel 25% of the time
