📋 Description

• Create the long-term vision for Stripe’s monetization flywheel through pricing data insights and frontline deployment. • Develop, run, and optimize the process for reviewing existing pricing, identifying growth opportunities, and codifying pricing playbooks. • Partner with teams to create data and self-serve tooling that automates or proactively identifies pricing opportunities. • Drive continuous improvements to pricing data, systems, and ways of working. • Make well-reasoned judgments with imperfect or incomplete data and develop creative analytical approaches. • Champion new metrics, processes, and holistic pricing approaches and drive organizational adoption. • Partner across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Sales to package and present insights and growth opportunities to frontline stakeholders. • Analyze complex and ambiguous pricing questions deeply using data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant pricing experience in product pricing, deal pricing/strategy, GTM finance, or other related functions. • Proven ability to champion and deliver projects cross-functionally (e.g., working with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams). • Strong demonstrated analytical ability, including proficiency with SQL. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. • Preferred: Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., high-growth fintech, tech, or management consulting). • Preferred: Ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines, and a hands-on mindset to get any job done. • Preferred: Experience with the product and infrastructure ecosystem at Stripe or similar complex platform businesses.
