📋 Description

• Support forecasting and budgeting for various business units and corporate functions • Enter and analyze financial data • Prepare financial statements • Identify trends and recommend actions to address opportunities • Work with assigned business areas to gather information and maintain financial structures • Provide variance analysis • Enter expense, capital, and headcount forecasts • Provide forecasting and budgeting support to business unit leaders and FP&A leaders • Interface with HR on cost center personnel assignment issues • Interface with cost center managers regarding performance against budget/forecast • Research anomalies in financial and operational data • Perform ad hoc financial forecasting analysis and strategic finance support

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelors degree required • Analysis skills • Budgeting skills • Forecasting skills • Comfort/ability to learn and use budget/forecasting software • Preferred time/exposure in managing large data sets • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and/or specifically Adaptive Insights • Ability to pull data for analysis from multiple disparate software programs • Ability to synthesize ambiguous raw data sets, develop meaningful insight through analysis of trends, and succinctly communicate findings • Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time • Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats • Day-to-day contact with others • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Travel 1-20% within the US
