📋 Description

• Drive the annual strategic plan and operating plan with the CMO and marketing leadership team • Define critical OKRs and establish transparent, data-driven accountability • Quarterback an agile, automated, data-driven OKR reporting process and tool • Run core business rhythms on behalf of the CMO • Lead monthly and quarterly business review content for Marketing and Sales Development • Use data to tell compelling stories and drive alignment • Leverage an AI-first approach to automate marketing reporting • Scope and lead strategic programs addressing high-impact problems • Develop frameworks, align stakeholders, and ensure measurable execution outcomes • Navigate ambiguity, distill insights, resolve issues, and empower decision-making • Drive analysis and research informing Stripe’s overall strategy • Work with senior leaders and cross-functional partners on scaling initiatives and new programs

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles with exposure to both business and technical skills • Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment • Critical and first-principles thinking, with the ability to zoom out to the most important questions • Passion for digging deep into data to diagnose business issues and solve problems • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak to leaders across teams including product, engineering, analytics, sales, and partnerships • Ability to execute with minimal guidance and with a high degree of ambiguity • Preferred: prior experience in payments, finance, fintech, or high-growth technology companies • Preferred: prior experience working directly with C-level executives and their direct reports • Preferred: background in marketing • Preferred: experience navigating large data sets and/or SQL
