📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and improve repeatable, lightweight execution mechanisms that track program status, communicate progress, surface execution risks on a regular cadence, and escalate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders. • Partner closely with your immediate Ops team and one or two cross-functional leads across Tax Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives • Identify execution friction, process gaps, and process breakdowns, and recommend scalable improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness • Establish meaningful metrics and reporting that provide visibility into execution health and support data-informed decision making • Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums that help teams align, resolve blockers, and deliver measurable outcomes • Monitor initiatives through rollout, evaluate outcomes, and drive follow-up improvements or remediation where needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution • Demonstrated ability to identify friction and design scalable improvements that drive measurable outcomes • Strong structured problem-solving and diagnostic thinking skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and design scalable solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority • Experience designing or improving operational processes, governance, or execution mechanisms that increased organizational effectiveness.
