📋 Description

• Understand user needs and develop long-term product plans addressing categories of user problems • Shape specific product features to solve user needs • Drive growth and usage of Stripe Billing products • Meet with customers externally and collaborate internally with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and sales teams • Identify the most important problems to solve • Develop product solutions and work with engineering and design to scope the work • Articulate product vision and develop annual and quarterly plans • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions and help users succeed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years relevant product management experience • Strong technical skills, including ability to gain an in-depth understanding of software systems • Ability to build robust integrations with the Stripe API • Ability to contribute meaningfully to high-stakes discussions on API design, data modeling, and software architecture • Strong customer empathy across startups and large enterprises, including engineering and finance personas • Strong product sense and ability to understand user needs in depth • Ability to build delightful product experiences • Strong communication skills, including synthesizing complex discussions, writing succinctly, and presenting to senior stakeholders • Preferred: experience managing technical software products from infancy to scale • Preferred: ability to internalize a cross-functional business and lead a comprehensive product vision • Preferred: experience designing and building a multi-product platform • Preferred: collaboration across engineering, analytics, marketing, design, and sales • Preferred: strong written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: experience starting or running a business is a bonus, not a requirement
